Cancellation Policy

Existing Clients:

  • $50/appt. fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
  • $50/appt. fee will be charged for missed appointments
  • $50/appt. fee will be charged for appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

    • New Clients:

    • The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 24 hours in advance and transferable if the appointment is rescheduled 24 hours in advance. You will forfeit your deposit if the appointment is missed, rescheduled/canceled outside of the 24-hour timeframe.
